About Sharon

Honest. Relatable. Real.

I say it as it is — kindly. Couples tell me the difference in my room is that we cut through the rubbish and get to what’s actually going on. I’m compassionate, and I’m challenging, and I’ve found that combination is what moves things.

I’m a Christian myself — my faith is practical, lived in words and actions — and I hold no denominational affiliation. I work with all churches, and with couples wherever their faith sits.

Before counselling I was a nurse — years of sitting with people on their hardest days. I know what it is to be the helper, and I know what it is to need help. I communicate well with both men and women — which often matters most for the partner who didn’t want to come.
